Illness can be a sign that soul uses for us to learn what we need to learn.



Reflection

If you discover that illness is a necessary good you then work with its meaning and purpose in light of your own life purpose. When you view it in this way, then you can approach it physically as well and help it resolve itself. But to try to resolve it without seeing the purpose you actually block your soul from expressing itself in the way that it seeks to manifest. And when you do that you diminish yourself appreciably. Find the meaning in your illness by asking yourself two questions: what can I learn about myself from this illness? What soul quality or virtue do I need to express more in my life that this illness can teach me?
