Flu season is here - yay! I have a cold - not so yay.... I know you northern hemispherers are just warming up to Spring and heading into Summer, but down here in Oz it is Autumn and the nights are chilly, the native flowers are hayfevering...err, blooming and I don't feel so warm and snuggly. Today my eyes feel like wet glass and I think my eyelids are about to fall over them like erratic uncontrollable automatic roller blinds...the light is beautiful all dappled and soft with the changing season outside, but I am no picture of autumn hues. I just feel like a big pile of crusty fallen leaves in need of burning....

Aw, that sucks! My hay fever went away when I started taking an immune support formula, have you tried that? Thompson's do a good one called 'Immunofort' - I think you can get Thompson's in Oz if I remember correctly?

I haven't heard of that one but I will look into it. I have to watch what I take because alot of hayfever medications react adversely with other medications I am on. Usually I take Telfast for allergies and it works fine. I had a flu shot last week and that also seems to lessen the effects of hayfever.
