Open to the moment

Soul exists only in this moment. Every moment, no matter what the conditions, offers opportunities to touch and experience life in a new way. Our egos, with their fears and desires, easily get trapped in the past and the future, but the power to change exists only in this moment.

We don’t need to know more or have more before we can live more deeply. We simply need to pay attention to what’s happening now. To open without judgment to the worlds around and within us.

Now is all we have and all we are ever going to have. Anything else is an illusion.

If you think about it, unless you are focusing on the NOW moment, you are dividing and dissipating your energy and thus your potential. Constantly worrying about the past or the future is futile - the past is stale energy that needs release and the future is latent energy still to materialise in the now...if we pull our energy together and focus it in the current moment, then we become far more powerful creators.
