Nice solar plexus experience (and a question)

Sorry I post so many questions about things - but I got such a great answer to my question about what to do, if anything, with my crown chakra when I feel it tingling, I thought it might be worth throwing this one out there too. I don't know a lot about working with my chakras, so it is awesome when other people can share their knowledge (plus it might help someone else)!

Anyway, the other night I happened to feel like chatting out loud to my spirit friend MB. I do that sometimes! While I was doing this, my solar plexus started to get warm. It was really nice, like a sunshine glowing in my abdomen. This has never happened to me before! So I'm assuming that somehow, in some way, my solar plexus was responding nicely to what I was saying 'in conversation'.

I just let myself experience the warmth, and allowed it to pass naturally. But, as with my crown, I'm wondering whether there is anything that you can or should do with your solar plexus when it feels like this? I had always just let my crown chakra do it's thing and then pass - but have since found that the crown tingle is the perfect time to bring in some white light. So is there anything similar relating to the solar plexus? I am kinda feeling like it was just a nice experience where I didn't need to do anything - but I am curious about it's significance all the same!

Sounds alot like you activated it and were very aware of that. I guess you could also try pulling white light in through your solar plexus or again down through your crown chakra to clear all your chakras and keep them working in peak condition. I am only guessing here as I don't really know. Most of my experiences with the solar plexus have involved tightness or cord cutting. It is good to hear of something so positive associated with it.

Yeah, most of my solar plexus experiences up until now have been physical digestive problems unfortunately. Sometimes I have gotten gas pains directly after sending reiki to my solar plexus! Other than that, there have only been two or three other times that I've been aware of it in an 'energy' sense - all of them after I got reiju attuned. Once was when I was listening to a song and my solar plexus fluttered open and then my crown; another was when I picked up somebody's feelings from over a distance; and the other times were just after my reiju attunement and my system was still trying to get used to the energy. I must say that this experience with the warmth was very different though, and both comforting and empowering at the same time; I also had some 'energy-movement' feelings in my throat at the time. Perhaps the things that I was saying out loud were just so 'me' and in sync with my true self that the act of vocalising them just triggered the experience.

That's fantastic insight Gem. You mentioned gas pains after sending Reiki to your solar plexus and digestive problems associated with it. If the Reiki unblocked a blockage in your solar plexus and it had been causing digestive problems then the gas pains would be explainable afterall, gas pains precede the gas leaving our bodies and expelling waste or what is unneeded by our body. In this sense, the Reiki did it's job.

Ah, true... But then I try to send reiki to get rid of the gas pains and it doesn't work, which sucks. So I guess it is the blockage trying to work itself out. I hadn't really cottoned onto that before!

Another thing, my connection with white light has gotten more intense the last few days as well. The last couple of times that I've visualised it, it has easily turned into a way more intense/bright white than usual. I visualised it coming in through my crown and it was so incredibly bright in my mind's eye and it came down through me really fast, down my head and neck to my chest and down both arms; it relaxed me but was intense at the same time, if that makes any sense. I have no idea if it went down further than my chest, but that's as far as I felt it go. I tried to consciously direct it downward towards my feet and grounding cord, but I actually didn't feel that very much, compared to what it did on its own.

Chakra Six- LIGHT

Opening Medition

It is dark.
Eyes closed, we lie as if asleep, dreamless, Ignorant of all around us.
Floating in a sea of emptiness, we are cradled in darkness-- unseeing, unknowing, at peace.
We breathe--slowly, in and out, in and out, stretching and relaxing our bodies, as we settle into the warm, peaceful darkness inside.
We are home. We are safe. We are deep within ourselves,feeling, hearing, being--but not yet seeing.

Become this darkness--all knowing, yet unknowing, empty and free.
Let the darkness wash you, soothe you, as you empty your
mind
into the infinity of the void, the womb of darkness--the
birthplace of our dreams to come.

Somewhere, in the darkness, we hear a sound--a distant note, a voice, a scuffle of movement.
We feel the flutter of a breeze upon our face, feel a warmth
upon our shoulders, feel the pull to rise and flow and follow--
but we know not where. Our bodies cannot see and dare not move.
Theyare dark and still.

They call to us for direction, wisdom, guidance. They call to intelligence, they call to memory, they call for clarification of the pattern.
They call to light.
And afraid to leave the darkness and safety of our ingnorance, we hear this call.

We hear this call and our mind, hungry for answers, quests outwards. We long to see, to know, to behold at once the wonders
that surround us. To fill our minds with recognition, the certain step
of knowing, the safety and the peace that light, too can bring.

We open our mind. We open our eyes. We look about.

Images pour forth in myriad kaleidoscopic forms, tumbling inward,
pattern upon pattern, endlessly interweaving.
Colors, shapes and forms reflecting space around us, reflecting
back into us, recording life in patterns, that our minds can
clearly see.
We leap to serve them as they enter, seaching for places for
themto rest within our own pattern. The mind opens and receives.

But there is too much and the light is blinding.
We call to the dark to shade us, to temper, to bind the patterns into meaning.

And the dark comes softly, hand and hand and shadow to the
light,
defining, shading, interwining, ordering.

The light comes more gently now. rainbow colors, healing, soothing,
illuminating, coming at will.

Active yellow, healing green, soothing blue, potent violet.
All that is alive glows with light. Sharpe and essence in form
revealed for us to see and know.

What do we wish to see? What do we call forth to our inner
vision? What does the light bring?

Beauty of a thousand suns, beaty of a single moon,
patterns of the life we're leading, all the truths we are perceiving.
Gently now on wings of light, our petals flutter through the
night,
Reaching out to worlds beyond, events forthcoming, days long
gone.

Holographic matrix net escapes the boundaries by time set.
All the truth can be contained by patterns in the mind retained.
Red and yellow, green and blue, interlace in varied hue.

Shape and form, insight revealed, nothing can remain concealed.
From inner vision reaching out, seeing truth, removing doubt.
Inside we open, watch and wait, while wisdom's visions spin our
fate.

Illumination shows the way, our inner light turns night to day.
And though the dark shall yet return, we fear it not for we
have learned
The way the dark and light combine, letting patterns be defined.
Dark to light and night to day
within our minds, we light the way.
